I always think about the people who buy our Journals. About the places these journals go to and about the beautiful things that are written in them. People keep writting me that they bought one of our Diaries here in Prague, or in Amsterdam or London and these people are from all the distant continents of the world. I'm always excited to get an email from somebody who lives in South Africa or Sydney or Pakistan... from somebody who bought our notebook or got it as a present. And I'm always excited to see how far our work travels and that the owners keep them as something preciouse, as something really important to them...
I posted a bulletin on Myspace asking people who own my diaries to send me a picture of themselves with the Diary or just the Diary alone or just the place where it is so I know where my work ended up. I have got some pictures already and I'm waiting for more to arrive soon. I'm so happy my idea had such a possitive feedback. Here are the pictures I have received so far.

Vždycky jsem si přál vědět kdo si mé diáře kupuje - o místech, do kterých se dostanou, o krásných "věcech", které jsou v nich napsány. Lidé mi často píší, že si můj diář koupili v Praze, Amsterdamu či v Londýně a doposud to byli lidé ze všech světových kontinentů. Vždycky mě potěší, když dostanu email z Jížní Afriky, Austrálie, Pakistánu...od někoho, kdo si můj koupil, nebo jej od někoho dostal. Je krásné vidět, jak daleko má práce putuje a taky to, že některé diáře dostaly své vlastní jméno, své majitele, kteří si jich váží jako něčeho vyjímečného, něčeho, co pro ně je skutečně důležité.
Na myspace jsem jednou poslal bulletin a zeptal se lidí, kteří mé diáře vlastní, jestli by mi neposlali jejich fotku s diářem, nebo pouze fotku místa, na kterém se diář nachází. Visiting Prague with my husband,two daughters and three of our six foster kids once again turned out to be a wonderful experience. Our whole holiday is a great experience. And I celebrated my birthday in the czech republic. In Prague I got my first tattoo for my birthday and then when we came back in our holiday home in bohemian switzerland my 6 year old daughter surprised me by giving me this journal for my birthday. This journal will travel with me back to the netherlands. It allready has become a beloved companion . It holds prescious notes and doodles that will forever remind me of those seemingly insignificant moments. That actually really colour my life. Such a wonderful gift!...

I visited Prague in February 2013. It was a very fantastic visit, everything seemed to happen for a reason. I visited the Kafka Museum. The museum made me feel weird, I very much felt that I have never done anything important in my life and that's the way it's going to be. But then I bought one of your notebooks there.
